An "Open Bar" is where the host pays for the guests.
A "Cash Bar" is where the guests pay for their own drinks.

*A "dessert service fee" is charged for any dessert brought into the restaurant from another source. Any desssert brought in should be purchased from a licensed bakery. A flat service fee of $50 will be added to your bill for groups under 30 people and $75 for groups over 30 people. Full facility rentals will have a "dessert service fee" based upon guest count at a cost of $1.50 per person.
 
The "dessert service fee" is charged due to the fact the dessert was not purchased through the restaurant and we incurr costs to serve this dessert to your guests such as plates, napkins, forks, staff set up and clean. We also include the dessert table with linen. Guests may choose to bring in their own paper plates and napkins, forks, however, you will still be charged the full service fee.
