Banquet Dinner Menu
Buffet Dinners for groups of 25 or more

Option 1 - $14.95 Per Person
Fettuccini Alfredo, Italian Herbed Chicken (drumstick, wing, breast) Asiago chicken pasta.
Served with Caesar salad or house salad, cheese bread and one choice of vegetable.
Option 2 - $16.95 Per Person
Chicken Parmesan, Baked Tilapia, pulled chipolte BBQ pork, Beef Pot Roast, Sliced Turkey Breast

Dill Butter Salmon, Shrimp Scampi, oven roasted beef medallion with demi glaze, Chicken Marsala

May select entrees from different price groups. Price per person will be based upon the highest priced menu item. Buffet is NOT "all you can eat". Proportions per guest is based upon 6-8 oz of protein 2 oz of vegetable and 3oz of starch. Please inform our event coordinator if you would like to add "all you can eat" pricing for additional $4.99 per person.

Each Entree includes side salad with our house balsamic vinaigrette and bread. You may upgrade your side salad for just $1.99 per person. Buffet pricing is NOT all you can eat. Please let our event coordinator if you would like to add "all you can eat" pricing for an additional $4.99 per person.

All dinner entree's will be charged additional $5 per plate for groups over 25 people.

Menu selection and securing a final guest count
We work with many groups and realize menu selection and final guest counts are often a challenge when coordinating an event. While we can often accommodate last minute changes, we do not encourage this due to the impact it has on planning and level of service. To help our hosts with planning an event here at The Speakeasy, here are a few tips and options we offer that have been most successful.
*** The larger the group the more standardized menu and limited ordering options. This allows for greater control of quality of food and efficiency to serve your group promptly at the same time.
*** Pre-order. Send the menu selections in your invitations with all inclusive pricing (if guests are paying) This gives you a confirmed RSVP and you will not be responsible for paying for "no shows". Our event coordinator can assist in establishing this amount based upon your selections. In this case, we will need a roster of your guests indicating their entree choice 7 days in advance of the event. You will be billed based upon this guest roster. We also ask that you provide seating cards for your guests indicating their entree selection.
If you want to avoid the task of pre-ordering, but still want to offer your guests a menu choice, you may want to consier:
- A buffet where guests will have a choice of up to 3 entrees and 2 side options. In this case, we only need to know what buffet selections you want and how many guests.
- Menu is limited to 4 entree choices and all come served with the same sides.
(this option is only available to groups under 25 guests) - For over 25 guests, choose a duet entree (ex. Chicken & Fish, or Chicken & Beef) where all your guests are served the same combination. This option offers your guests variety without being a buffet. Similarly, we only need to know how many guests are in your party.
